Neptune is a stylish, yet comfortable and casual beach house for 10 - right in the heart of Hyams Beach. The property is located only two doors down from the local cafe and is equi-distant to either Seamans Beach or Hyams Beach. With high ceilings, plenty of natural light, modern comforts, and a near waterfront location with water glimpses, Neptune is a perfect beach house option for a family gathering or a group of friends.
Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken.

Neptune shares an access driveway with a waterfront property - Scarborough. They are separate properties and cannot be booked together - sorry.
Access to the beach from Neptune is via Cyrus Street - a 250 metre walk in either direction. There is no access to the beach via Scarborough / the house in front.

Neptune is located right in the heart of Hyams. You can walk everywhere and the house is well designed to give adequate privacy, views of Bowen Island and otherr glimpses of Jervis Bay, and secluded indoor / outdoor entertaining options.
Neptune Hyams Beach offers accommodations in Hyams Beach, a 18-minute walk from Greenfield Beach and 1.5 miles from Blenheim Beach. The air-conditioned accommodation is a few steps from Hyams Beach, and guests can benefit from on-site private parking and complimentary Wifi.
